Feedback is Great!

I continue to help individuals in their search for a new position, role, or career. One of the tools we use is Gallup’s StrengthsFinder which provides a great deal of insight into the things that motivate each individual. Recently we received the following from one of the individuals we recently helped in the focusing of his career journey:

Thanks so much for taking the time to meet with me today. I’ve spent a great deal of my life, as I think a lot of people have, stressing about what I am not (aka my weaknesses). Today you certainly reinforced the notion that I need to focus on what I am, that is my strengths. I was quite amazed with your ability to take my test results and extrapolate such meaning from them. This certainly opened my eyes to the power of understanding what motivates me and the people around me.

Thank you for this great compass as I continue my journey on becoming the best version of myself. I’m reviewing the materials in much more depth this evening and look forward to more effectively utilizing my talents in the future.

Thanks again,

Some of the materials we prepared for our discussions with Chad included items such as those displayed at this link.  Talent Discovery Tools

The talent discovery session we had with Chad took about two hours as we explored how his talents had been present in his past decisions.  After this session, Chad is prepared to have discussions with others about the things that have led to his success in the past and will bring the best out of him in the future.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can help you or members of your teams discover and embrace their talents as each seeks to “become the best possible version of themself”.
